Delivery Times and Return Policy

All orders will ship within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise (e.g. on pre-orders). All items are shipped from the Netherlands. Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 days. Delivery time outside the Netherlands is 7-10 days. Delivery times may be longer when difficulties out of our control occur.

You will not receive a confirmation mail once your order has been despatched. If you haven't received your product(s) after two weeks, or if other problems occur regarding the product(s), please send an email to [email protected].
